ApexTrade is a non-custodial financial analytics and automation platform. All trading activity occurs exclusively within user-connected brokerage accounts. ApexTrade does not access, hold, or control user funds.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, including: name and email address when you create an account; identification documents submitted during identity verification (KYC); payment information (processed and stored by our payment processor — we do not store full payment details); and communications you send to us. We also collect usage data automatically, including log data, device information, and interactions with the platform. We do not collect brokerage account login credentials. API connections are permission-based and can be revoked by the user at any time.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: provide and operate the ApexTrade software platform; process subscription payments; verify your identity as required by compliance procedures; send transactional emails such as receipts, subscription confirmations, and security alerts; respond to support requests; improve and develop our software services; and comply with legal obligations. ApexTrade does not use personal data to make or execute financial decisions. All strategy configurations, signals, and automation workflows are user-defined and operate exclusively through user-authorized brokerage connections.
3. How We Protect Your Data
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted data transmission (TLS), secure storage of credentials, and restricted access to personal data by authorized personnel only. KYC documents are stored in secured, encrypted storage. We regularly review our security practices and update them as needed.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or monetize personal data. We share data only with: payment processors for billing purposes; identity verification providers for KYC compliance; infrastructure and hosting providers under data processing agreements; and law enforcement or regulatory authorities when required by applicable law. Any third-party service providers are contractually obligated to protect your data. ApexTrade does not share user trading activity or account data with third-party users or marketplace participants.
5. Cookies & Tracking
We use essential cookies to maintain your login session and platform preferences. We may use analytics cookies to understand how users interact with the platform in order to improve it. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect some platform functionality. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements); object to or restrict certain processing; and data portability. 7. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. After account closure, we may retain certain records for up to 7 years as required by applicable laws and regulations (e.g., KYC records, financial transaction records). ApexTrade LLC is based in the United States. If you access the platform from outside the U.S., your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the platform, you consent to this transfer. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international data transfers.

We process personal data under the following legal bases where applicable: contractual necessity (to provide platform access and services); legitimate interests (to improve platform functionality and security); legal obligations (compliance with applicable regulations); and user consent (where required for optional features). 10. Age Restrictions
ApexTrade is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. 11. Third-Party Services
ApexTrade integrates with third-party brokerage platforms and service providers including Alpaca, Coinbase, Binance, Kraken, OANDA, FXCM, and Interactive Brokers. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, security, or operations of these external services. Users are encouraged to review the privacy policies of any connected providers. ApexTrade does not transmit personal data to brokerage providers beyond what is required to authenticate API connections.
12. Data Security Incidents
In the event of a data breach affecting personal information, ApexTrade will take reasonable steps to notify affected users and relevant authorities as required by applicable law. We maintain internal procedures for identifying, containing, and resolving security incidents. Notifications will be issued within the timeframe required by applicable regulations.
